I know I've struggled with my share of bad jobs. I realized it was my fault. I had to take 100% responsibility for my own work happiness. The best way to do that is to understand who I was and what I needed out of my career. After many years of soul searching I found my calling. Now my new career is beginning to blossom and I feel happy, confident and ready for any challenge. Being happy at work is so important. I know I’ve struggled with my share of bad jobs. I realized it was my fault.
